Where is your furniture made?

Most of our furniture products are made by Amish craftsmen in Ohio and Indiana and are a great investment. Their small wood shops usually have between five and twenty Amish men and women working there. These shops usually handle everything from designing the furniture and cutting the raw materials to sanding and assembling the final product. Most Amish builders do not have large warehouses so most pieces are made to order with care and attention to detail. 

How does shipping work?

Shipping is available in the lower 48 States and varies with the size of each product. Our smaller items are carefully packaged and usually shipped by UPS or FedEx. Our larger outdoor products are shipped by freight on a pallet and larger indoor items, like bedroom suites, are eligible for white glove delivery with an extra charge.

What is your warranty?

Our products are all backed by quality craftsmanship and designed to last for generations. We will stand behind any manufacture defects that are reported within thirty days after receiving a product. Replacement parts or products will be sent free of charge. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!

Can I get furniture custom made?

Our Amish builders specialize in doing custom work! Send us the details of what you are looking for complete with measurements and your choice of wood species and stain. We will work with one of our craftsmen to get you a quote for your custom project and a timeline for completion. Visit our custom furniture page to submit a quote request for a custom piece or set.

Can I get a color sample?

We will send you stain, fabric, or leather samples free of charge at your request. Please visit our samples page to see the color options we have available then give us a call at 740-966-3200 or message us to request your color samples.
